These customers have not only maximized a return on their technology investments, but have also become captains of customer experience in their industry.
Konstantin is participating in the Yale School of Management’s Global Leadership program and resides in West Hartford, CT. He received his PhD in systems analysis, control and information processing at the St. Petersburg Institute for Informatics and Automation of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SPII RAS) in 2006.
